- Fragile and Tough are mutually exclusive.
- This skill is excellent for combat-oriented players, whether using ranged or melee weapons.
- Improved pain resistance and immunity are useful when scavenging in more hazardous locations, as the player can shrug off minor scrapes and bruises.
- Being Tough does not actually make a character more resistant to damage; Only pain and immunity are directly improved.
- Combined with Fast Metabolism and/or Medic, nearly any injuries that are not immediately lethal will usually heal before they can become life threatening.
