- Tough and Fragile are mutually exclusive.
- Fragile can be difficult to play with. Pairing it with Medic and/or Fast Metabolism will lessen its healing penalty. Melee combat should be avoided (unless wearing good armor). Also, keep some painkillers handy.
- The reduced base immunity and immunity restore rate can make something as simple as Gastroenteritis alongside a small, untreated scratch seriously dangerous. Many low immunity diseases are easily avoided, even without health boosters, if the player is not Fragile.
- Pairing it with Slow Metabolism can be lethal due to the even greater healing penalty.
