There's 2x4 Pearson "Pharaoh" mummy sleeping bag and 6x8 Shop-Mart "Trek" polyester and flannel sleeping bag. They both increase the 'Sleep' and 'Healing' bars when placed in your camp and allow you to sleep better and heal more quickly. They also keep you warmer while you sleep. The different sleeping bags have identical effects and do not stack.
Shop-Mart "Trek" Polyester and Flannel Sleeping Bag[]
This sleeping bag is found commonly in abandoned cities and neighborhoods, but takes up much more space than the "Pharaoh" sleeping bag. It's best to keep this item at your base (if you have one) if you have the other sleeping bag. On the other hand, if used for camping out on the go, its large size can make it difficult for pillaging humanoids, making it suitable for more permanent camps.
Pearson "Pharaoh" Mummy Sleeping Bag[]
This sleeping bag is found less commonly than the other variety. It is mainly found in shacks in the woods and conveniently takes much less space than "Trek" sleeping bags. This is a great item to put in your pack, but it can be easily stolen by pillagers.
Trivia[]
- As of version v0.982, NPCs like looters can no longer pick up a sleeping bag or tarp shelter if the player is in the same hex. This was a well-reported issue in prior builds, and players complained about having their equipment stolen out from under them while resting.
